    We are currently seeking a dedicated and flexible Dispatcher to join our team


    As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and ensuring timely responses to emergency situations.

    This position plays a critical role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.


    Responsibilities:

    • Receive and prioritize incoming service calls after hours.
    • Dispatch technicians to service locations based on urgency and geographic proximity.
    • Maintain communication with technicians to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls.
    • Coordinate with clients to schedule maintenance and repair appointments for the following day.
    • Monitor and respond to emergency situations, escalating issues as necessary.
    • Document all service calls, including details of the problem, actions taken, and solutions provided.
    • Collaborate with other dispatchers and supervisors to ensure seamless transition of responsibilities between shifts.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Open availability to work varying shifts, including overnights and weekends.
    • Previous experience in dispatching, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
    • Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems is a plus, but not required.
    • Proficiency in using dispatching software (Great Plains) and other relevant technology.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
    • Varying Shifts (based on need to include): 7:00am-3:30pm, 5:30am-5:30pm, 5:30pm-5:30am

    * $15 - $17/hr.
