    Full-Time Assistant Manager

    Job Description

    The Assistant Store Manager position is for someone who is driven by results. We look for individuals who are highly self-motivated and rely on successful KPIs as their main guide. Detail-oriented and ambitious, with a strong sense of integrity, our Assistant Managers set high standards for themselves based on company and personal objectives, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction in every decision they make.

    Qualifications

    • ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
    • EDUCATION - High school diploma is required. Some college coursework is preferred.
    • RETAIL EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail management role.
    • SUPERVISOR/MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE - Preferably 1 year of managerial experience.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Stand for up to 8 hours
    • Carry up to 40 pounds
    • Climb and balance on ladders
    • Bend at the waist
    • Lift up to 40 pounds
    • Kneel and squat on the ground
    • Reach above the shoulder frequently

    WORK SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

    Assistant Store Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on seasonal demands. The role may involve working nights, weekends, and during peak holiday periods, with eligibility for overtime pay.
