    Client Onboarding Specialist at Recall Masters

    Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for ensuring vehicle safety? Recall Masters, a top provider of automotive recall information and services, is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented individual to join their team as a Client Onboarding Specialist.

    In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to successfully launch new and existing clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Onboarding of New Client Setups
    • Kick-off Meetings for RM Products
    • Follow-up with Production and Call Centers
    • Communicate client expectations
    • Coordinate with OEM Managers
    • Artwork Approval and monitoring production
    • Weekly reporting on installations

    Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Enhance processes for client experience
    • Improve communication with clients and team members
    • Maintain checklists and reports
    • Utilize Company CRM efficiently

    Job Requirements:
    • Good excel knowledge
    • Empathetic and friendly
    • Detail-oriented with business writing experience
    • Automotive industry background
    • Proficient in PowerPoint and CRM tools
