Job Summary
The purpose of the Fire Suppression Technician is to provide installation inspection service and/or repair of Fire Extinguishers Emergency Exit Lights and/or any Pre-Engineered Suppression Systems including any associated Detection & Control Systems with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot and identify defective components of pre-engineered suppression systems Repair or replace damaged components of pre-engineered suppression systems as well as fire extinguishers and/or Detection & Control systems Communicate with internal external customers in a professional manner Required to be punctual to required work locations complete scheduled projects in timely manner Use Field Service Lightning track work orders materials needed time on job etc Complete documentation on work orders Understand follow SFS's Safety program SDS book Hazardous communication program policies procedures Participate weekly Toolbox talks Employee must always know location all related safety documentation each project Ensure company provided vehicle clean maintained required by company policies Periodically attend seminars similar education/training sessions stay abreast latest technology codes standards changes Other duties may assigned.

- High School Diploma equivalent required State certification preferred.
- Two years professional computer skills experience specifically within Fire Suppression Two years overall experience physical demands labor laws regulations related services industries.
