DescriptionPosition SummaryThis role will act as primary contact between our clients and internal logistics teams and will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, facilitating freight operations, and ensuring a seamless logistics experience representing all RHF Brands. Communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight inquiries, quotes, and service issues.
- Serve as backup in various roles (dispatch, returns, pricing, CT shipping clerk, etc.).
- Provide support for CT month end process and inventory cycle counts
- Process and track shipments (utilizing Dispatch Track), ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to facilitate smooth transportation operations.
- Provide customers and internal teams with regular updates on shipment status and address any potential delays.
- Assist when needed in preparing shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance overall customer experience.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in logistics or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Must be able to operate calculator
- Reasoning Ability: Must have the ability to make sound decisions on your own.

- Prolonged periods of sitting and performing repetitive tasks, including but not limited to computer and telephone usage
- Must be able to work in noisy environments
- Frequently lifting/carrying objects up to 10 lbs.; on occasion up to 25 lbs.
