NWON has open positions for articulate, responsible and dependable individuals to work in Center City Philadelphia as Community Service Ambassadors. Position requires outside walking and standing for the entire shift excluding breaks. Must be able and willing to work OUTSIDE in all weather conditions. Individuals in this position must wear a uniform and be able to comply with uniform guidelines.

There are two Day positions available: Sun/Mon 10 am - 6:30 pm Tues, Wed, and Thurs 7:30 am - 3:30 pm - Off Fri and Sat

There are six Evening positions available: Tuesday through Saturday 12 pm to 8 pm - Off Sun and Mon

Must have a clean criminal background and ability to pass a drug test and physical - this position works with the Philadelphia Police Department

Full Benefits and Tuition reimbursement available after probation. Union membership after 6 months of employment.

It is the responsibility of each Community Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a highly-
visible, reassuring and welcoming uniformed presence on the sidewalks of Center City
throughout the entire workday.
CSRs accomplish this by:
 Patrolling on foot their assigned area of the district;
 Acting as a goodwill ambassador to residents, workers, and visitors;
 Ability to engage with residents, workers, and visitors during shift that you encounter
in your assigned area;
 Providing information and directions to anyone seeking assistance;
 Maintaining Standards of Excellence in safety, presentation, performance and
courtesy in the course of their workday;
