Position Summary

The MIS Analyst will be a key member of the Crete United team and support our platform integration initiatives and data migration efforts.

This role will work closely with our implementation team, as well as finance and accounting, to ensure a clean transition from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum) and field management system (BuildOps).

They will assist with data migration and transformation, utilize data upload tools, reconcile account information and ensure correct imports as we onboard current and future companies.

Key Deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate migration of data from legacy system to Crete systemsEnsure data integrity through migration to Crete's data warehouseDocument Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for data migrationPosition Requirements

Minimum

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics or related discipline1-3 years of experienceAdvanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, sumifs, etc.)Basic system/database knowledgeSQL experience requiredExperience with data migration tools & processes preferredAbility to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environmentWorks independently and is a proactive problem solverExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to interface at various levels within the organizationStrong time managementExcellent organization skillsMinimal travel
