- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
- Ability to maintain or obtain a Government Security Clearance
- Ability to work on-site in Evendale, OH Desired Characteristics
- Exposure to composites, ceramics, or turbine design.
- Exposure to computer-aided design and stress analysis software.
- Exposure to analytics and statistical tools.
- Proven facilitation and collaboration skills.
- Flexible and friendly approach to working in teams.

Job Description Summary Mechanical or aerospace engineer who has a desire to learn and design with the industry leading ceramic matrix composite teamThis team works on military programs to design and test jet engine components made with ceramic matrix composites
This role includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components, impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team, executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines, and there is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations
