- Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, training, and customer support, to gather feedback and improve documentation based on user experiences and needs.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a heavy equipment or construction-related industry.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools, graphic design software, and multimedia editing tools.
