    Description


    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Acute Rehab inpatient position requiring recent acute care and travel assignment experience.

    Details

    Work in an inpatient Acute Rehab unit
    Shift is 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
    Patient population includes acute rehab and medical/surgical cases
    May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles as needed
    Must work every other weekend and every other holiday
    Requirements

    Active WI or compact RN license
    Current AHA BLS certification required
    NIH Stroke Scale certification is required
    Minimum 2 years of recent acute care or long term care experience
    At least 3 completed travel assignments (12-week contracts) required
    Medical/surgical and inpatient rehab experience required
    Nursys license verification and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
    Must possess a US Social Security Number and a US home address
    Additional Information

    Strict nail policy:
    no artificial or acrylic nails and nails must be shorter than 1/4 inch
    First time travelers will not be considered; prior travel experience is required
    Local candidates are accepted but will be offered a reduced rate according to the facility's radius rule
    Team members are expected to discuss contract extensions with their manager at least 45 days before contract end
    COVID vaccination is not required for this position
    All offers are extended automatically
    Scrub requirements are not specified

    American Traveler Job ID #P Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined
