    Synergy is seeking a licensed Assistant Clinic Director/ Physical Therapist for a thriving and growing multi-disciplinary outpatient rehab clinic focusing on multiple niche specialties including TMJ, Vestibular Rehab, Dry Needling, Hand Therapy, Neuro Rehab, Women's Health, and specialists in multiple Orthopedic conditions.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist the Clinic Director in leading clinical and financial outcomes of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metric goals
    • Mentor and coach clinicians and support teammates
    • Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion
    • Develop an exceptional plan of care based on physician orders and evaluation findings
    • Bill for treatment while adhering to compliance standards
    • Document appropriately and efficiently
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, colleagues, other health care professionals
    • Maintain a safe clinic environment

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
    • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in respective state
    • Minimum of 1-3 years clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting
    • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
