    Description:


    The Director of the Patient Access Center is responsible for the daily oversight and management of a team of call and contact center advocates (100 FTE).

    This includes planning, Training, Quality Assurance and directing contact center operations. This position helps to drive change and supports new initiatives.

    This position works to meet KPIs and performance guarantees through performance management and focus on metrics.

    In addition to daily run-the-business activities and operational oversight, this role requires understanding of platform capabilities, reporting requirements and removal of extraneous calls from the environment via mitigation efforts.


    Staff:
    Manage a staff of 100.

    4 leaders report into this position in Illinois.


    What's required:

    Required:
    Bachelor's Degree


    Preferred:
    Master's Degree

    Specify Degree(s): Arts, Science, or Related Field


    Minimum Experience:

    Required: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience

    Managerial Experience: 3-5 years


    Licensure/Certifications:
