Job summary
We are looking for a professional and reliable dispatcher to join our team and act as the company's first point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls.As a Dispatcher you will be in charge of maintaining call logs, monitoring routes transferring messages directing tow truck drivers providing customer service excellence with eachand every call answering emergency and non-emergency calls documenting important information responding to any issues following up by coordinating with appropriate departments or field units operating managing multi line telephone console system prioritizing organizing calls according to urgency providing customers pricing information responding queries they may have maintain records process customer payments record pertaining work requests customer requests completed work requests charges performed expenses services performed inventory records accessible supervisor other duties assigned
