    Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate Vice President (Pharma) to enhance our Health team

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide senior-level account planning and act as the strategic liaison between clients, account teams, and industry leaders.
    • Serve as the primary client contact, nurturing relationships to build trust and become an essential resource.
    • Show expertise in the pharmaceutical market, managing communications for data and regulatory milestones.
    • Design and implement strategic programs, keeping clients informed of industry trends.
    • Utilize strong analytical skills to set measurable objectives, evaluate campaign success, and report outcomes.
    • Exhibit exceptional presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities; create diverse materials, including media content and reports.
    • Achieve success in proposing new concepts and programs for clients, including earned, social, and digital content.
    • Collaborate with specialists across media, strategy, and creative teams.
    • Foster a positive work environment that values contributions from all team members.
    • Uphold Ketchum's values, ethics, and culture.
    • Enhance team utilization through effective recruitment, goal-setting, and professional development.
    • Participate in pursuing new business opportunities and lead proposal processes.
    • Encourage and mentor account teams in developing business opportunities.
    • Stay informed about industry PR trends and share insights with clients and teams.
    • Maintain team productivity and monitor account profitability.
    • Collaborate with financial teams to ensure accurate and timely budget management and collection of accounts receivable.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred; a Master's degree is desirable.
    • 8+ years of experience in agency and/or corporate public relations.
    • Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT for research and content creation.
    • Direct experience in building and managing teams.

    The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 and may include bonuses based on personal and company performance, as well as various factors including education, experience, skills, and market data. Comprehensive benefits are available.
