Job Description

Ontario Center is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager in Canandaigua, NY who will manage the assigned unit and ensure high standards of care. This position comes with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Duties:

Handle all supervisory responsibilities for the unit
Assist in creating and enforcing employee policies and procedures
Provide guidance to less experienced nurses
Maintain care standards and review resident records
Address concerns from residents and families
Advocate for the unit with upper management

Requirements:

Active State RN License
Preference for 3 years of Long Term Care Experience
Preference for 2 years of Charge Nurse experience
Proficiency in computer skills
Strong communication abilities
