Rotational Outreach Schedule:

Balanced schedule based in Lafayette with outreach in Crawfordsville & Logansport, INOutreach locations are within an hour's drive from Lafayette, INCall rotation: 1:4Average outpatient volume: 11 – 13 patients per dayAverage inpatient volume: 8 – 15 patients per day
