    We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Clinical Operations. Your day to day roles will involve engaging with patients, managing workflows, and coordinating care.


    What you'll do:


    Support clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmapMonitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to drive executionUtilize SQL to analyze provider KPIs and drive product decisionsInterface directly with our care team to guide provider concernsRequirements:Bachelor's DegreeAbility to work full-time, in-office in downtown SF officeExperience with EHR and HIPAADetail-orientedBenefits:Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceCompany Paid Life Insurance401k with Company matchingCompetitive PTO and Company HolidaysTeam lunches to facilitate bonding and connectionThis position will be in person 5 days a week in our San Francisco Office.

    The expected salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 per year.
