    What You'll Get to Do:


    CACI is seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist in developing strategy and streamlining processes in support of the NAVSEA Structures and Composite Division, which focuses on the structural development and testing of surface craft and submarines.

    In this role, you will be working across multiple functional teams where complex problem-solving and communication skills are critical to success.

    As the Project Manager, you will be working to keep Branch and Division leadership informed and managing projects of various size and complexity, totaling $2M-4M.

    This position is based at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division in Bethesda, MD. A hybrid work schedule is possible, requiring 1-2 days a week on-site as needed.

    Must currently hold or be able to attain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance (Minimum).

    (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)


    More About the Role:
    Assisting in developing and implementing project management strategy across the division.

    Use Microsoft Excel and other software as needed to track project financials.

    Prepare and deliver monthly financial updates to Branch Leadership.

    Use Microsoft Project and other software as needed to track and ensure deliverables are accomplished on time.

    Prepare and deliver monthly status updates to the Program Office.

    Improve efficiency by streamlining processes and automating redundant tasks using PowerBI and PowerAutomate.


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:
    B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related field.

    4+ years of project management experience.

    Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

    Experience with Earned Value Management and Earned Value Analysis.

    Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).

    Experience with tracking financials for multiple, sometimes unrelated projects.

    Extremely strong and proven communication skills.

    Strong skills with MS Excel and Project.

    Experience with PowerBI and PowerAutomate.

    Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
    Active Secret clearance.

    Knowledge of the structure and operation of NAVSEA or another Navy System Command, military branch, or government organization.

    Fabrication, machine shop, prototyping, manufacturing

    experience/knowledge.

    Knowledge or experience with submarine and/or surface craft structures.

    PMP Certification.
