    Job Description & Requirements

    • Specialty: Physical Therapist
    • Discipline: Therapy

    • Duration: 13 weeks
    • 40 hours per week
    • Shift: 10 hours, days
    • Employment Type: Travel

    - Shift: Mon-Thurs 4x10s OR Mon-Fri 4x9s and 1x4 Every other Week
    - Outpatient 80% Inpatient 20% - consists acute care and swing bed
    - Master degree is required
    - Colorado PT License and BLS.
    - Prefer experience with Cedaron/APTA Connect and Meditech Documentation, but will train.
    - Supervision of PTA
