We're hiring an Associate General Counsel to help Steadily become the best and largest provider in the country.

• Tech productbuilder mindsetThere are a few things we look for across all hires we make at Steadily, regardless of role or team. This role reports to the CEO & COO and you'll be laying the groundwork for building Steadily into a national powerhouse. In practice that means working with our product and actuarial teams to launch new insurance products, negotiate reinsurance, work through regulatory issues, manage claims litigation, and oversee compliance.

There's also a modest amount of general tech company duties:
venture capital, employee matters, and contracts. Steadily works with three external counsels to cover these legal domains today and you'll be coordinating their work.
