- Reporting to the Director of US Oncology Portfolio Marketing, the Manager of Oncology Portfolio Marketing will lead and manage key marketing operations and programs critical to the success of the US Oncology Business Unit.
- Field Force Exhibits and
- National and
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry with experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, meetings management, marketing and/or sales
- Proven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics execution
- Excellent communications skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Veeva Vault and PromoMats preferred
- English required, other language skills may be considered a plus
- Experience in the US Oncology market
- Launch experience
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to think strategically and work independently; strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and leadership skills

Product & Portfolio Management Expert 3 / Manager, US Oncology Portfolio Marketing (Temp to Perm) - Hybrid

Duration: 12 months contract with higher extension possibilities
Working Hours: 40 hours a week
Location:
On-site 3 days/week in Rockland, MA and then in the Seaport of Boston, MA in late July
Position Description:
Key Objectives:
State Society Memberships:
o Manage the processing, approval, payment and reconciliation of Field Force Exhibits and State Society Memberships; Manage the associated budget and monthly reconciliation
o Provide exhibit and sponsorship training and administrative support to the Field Force, troubleshoot with vendors
Regional Congress Support:
o Provide budget, logistical and operational execution support working across Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Engagement, including registration and housing
o Provide analytics support and reporting for assessment of future support
Promotional Materials Management:
o Lead print/fulfillment process including managing and distributing all digital and print promotional materials including release, update and expiry of materials via Veeva PromoMats or other production fulfillment service
o Execute field communications for expiry/retirement of resources
o Provide analytics on promotional material performance and utilization to drive strategic decision making of what materials should remain active vs be retired
o Maximize use of fulfillment website to enable more efficient and effective utilization
Field Advisory Board Support:
o Support brands in executing field advisory board meetings on quarterly basis including agenda and slide development, venue and food coordination
Sales Operational Support:
◦ Meeting planning support for sales leadership including venue selection and contracting, F&B, AV and room set-up for regional sales meetings.
◦ Monthly and quarterly communication to field regarding process updates and analytics.
◦ Point of contact for sales team regarding field exhibits, name badge ordering, vendor management.
◦ Operational support to Head of US Oncology Sales.
