    Job Title: Operations Supervisor

    Job Description:
    Looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities within a manufacturing shop. The role is crucial for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.


    Responsibilities:


    • Lead and supervise a production team, providing direction, support, and motivation
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity
    • Plan, organize, and coordinate operations to meet production goals and deadlines
    • Monitor and optimize operations to improve efficiency and productivity
    • Ensure adherence to safety standards and organizational policies and procedures
    • Manage employee schedules, performance, and attendance
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
      Requirements:
    • Must have leadership/supervisor experience in a manufacturing experience.
    • Must have welding knowledge/experience.
