    Summary:

    As the receptionist, you are the initial point of contact, welcoming visitors and managing calls. Your responsibilities include sorting mail, providing administrative support, managing office inventory, assisting in resolving PC technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for guests and colleagues. Your strong communication and multitasking skills contribute to an organized and welcoming office environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet co-workers, clients, customers, and delivery staff.
    • Answer and direct phone calls in a warm and friendly manner.
    • Operate standard office equipment.
    • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
    • Organizing files for billing, customer, and client records, etc.
    • Directing visitors to the correct office.
    • Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
    • Assist with troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving PC technical issues.

    Education and/or Experience:

    • One (1) year of relevant professional experience.
    • Professionalism.
    • Friendly disposition.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Friendly voice, articulate, quality phone skills.
    • Works well under pressure.

    Compensation:

    Milrose Consultants, LLC is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by several factors including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.

    Annual Salary Range: $40, $54,000.00 USD

    Customer Service

    Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume production environment. Maintains the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude either verbally or written communication.

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position, and the hours of work and days are generally Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

    Travel

    Travel to client site or municipal agency as expected for this position. Associate may be required to attend meetings at the discretion of management and/or if it is project related.
