Job Description:
The NERC support analyst performs most program management services and assists in some internal compliance monitoring for the utility to support continuously improving the organization's performance and attainment of goals for compliance with the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) reliability standards.
This includes related business operations and applications used by technical and senior technical staff, supervisors. The analyst also participates in and scribes for cross-functional teams collaborating on compliance.Program management services include:
AnalysisDevelopmentPublicationTracking and maintenance of processes, procedures, communications, and training materials for a diverse range of business compliance functions throughout the utility's operationsBusiness analysis, development, and maintenance of intranet sites, portals, or other technical tools to implement these servicesThis position represents the first level in the NERC support analyst career path.
