- MD/DO Degree
- Preferred 1-2 years of MFM experience.
- Active license to practice medicine in Florida or eligibility to acquire one
- Current DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
- OB/GYN Board eligibility (ABOG, AOBOG) is mandatory; Board certification required within 5 years of initial eligibility with continued employment contingent on this
- Current BLS certification necessary
