    Job Description

    Summary

    Will work closely with operations, engineering, suppliers and customers in managing procurement, inventory and shipping of products, equipment, and services.

    This is a strategic but also analytical role– identify the weaknesses, put the processes in place to effect change BUT it's also a roll-up-the-sleeves, build, coordinate, collaborate and execute.

    Unique opportunity to drive Lean and Operations Excellence in strategic sourcing, transaction management and supplier management.
    Ideally will come from diverse electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical products or similar engineered product lines.

    The goal is to find an experienced leader able to improve the value stream of products through improved relationships between team members, suppliers and strategic partners.

    Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements, improved yields, quality, and cost productivity.
    Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor degree is ideal but will consider experience
    7+ years' experience purchasing components used to manufacture electronic products.
    Strong communication, administrative and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects.
    Ability to work closely within a team environment and proceed independently when required with minimal supervision.
    Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems.
