Wellhart is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiology Physician for a locum tenens position in Louisiana. This opportunity offers weekend evening coverage for two hospitals, starting on 12/01/2025, for a 52-day assignment. The schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays from 4 PM to 8 PM CST. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with remote diagnostic radiology services. This role utilizes RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0. The physician will be responsible for providing accurate and timely interpretations of diagnostic imaging studies during evening hours, collaborating with healthcare teams across multiple facilities.

Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) 4 PM - 8 PM CST

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform remote diagnostic radiology interpretations for two hospitals

• Utilize RPCE Tech Stack and Powerscribe 4.0 for diagnostic reporting

• Provide accurate and timely readings of diagnostic imaging studies

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals across multiple facilities

• Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in diagnostic interpretations

• Adhere to all relevant medical and ethical guidelines

• Manage evening workload efficiently

• Ensure effective communication with on-site medical teams
