- Define and refine our segments, positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of our users and how they use Text Blaze to drive productivity and quality.
- Develop and prioritize marketing initiatives and plans to test them.
- Lead the creation and deployment of content and collaterals across channels.
- Run growth experiments (including A/B tests), analyze results, and decide on the next steps.
- Hire and manage internal and external team members.
- Go crazy - be creative and test new things.
- 4+ years experience in product and/or growth marketing roles in product-led / freemium SaaS products.
- Track record of driving significant improvements to core business metrics.
- Experience in organic (SEO, content, and social), product and paid marketing.
- Hustler - ability to independently drive results using creative and scrappy (at first) approaches.
- Great communicators - able to communicate plans including prioritization, assumptions, results, and next steps.
- Data and hypothesis-driven, including SQL knowledge.
- Team player - high emotional intelligence and ability to mentor others.
