- Full-time position with general business hours on-site.
- No travel required.
- Pay commensurate with experience.
- 10+ years of medical billing management experience in hospital and clinic environments.
- 4+ years of Revenue Cycle management experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations and programs.
- Experience in records management, coding, managed care, and A/R policies.
- Familiarity with billing and collections of various insurance payors.
- Proficiency in ABOD.
- Preferably familiar with Meditech.
- Ensure efficient, effective, and timely billing and collections procedures.
- Onboard and train new employees, educate current staff.
- Maintain systems and applications supporting hospital claim processing.
- Uphold confidentiality and promote a positive attitude.
- Comply with HIPAA and privacy policies.
- Report any violations to Compliance Officer or Senior Leadership.
- Adhere to dress code and wear identification while on duty.
- Must be willing to receive required vaccinations.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for maximizing reimbursement through Payor Contracts, managing current processes, and adapting to future changes in healthcare reimbursement. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
