Overview:
The Broadcast Engineering team at our [ client]
is in need of a Sr Network Engineer to assist in the preparation of moving network equipment to their new location.

Skillset:
Bachelors degree with an emphasis in Network Administration, Technical Communications, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems
Solid knowledge and experience with network routing & switching
5+ years technical experience in a Cisco, Cisco ACI, Palo Alto, Clearpass, Wireless, and storage environments
5+ years in network administration including vlan creation, creating SIP trunks, routing, switching, IP management of EIGRP, BGP, OSPF and troubleshooting
Nice to haves experience
Cisco routers and switches
Palo Alto firewalls
Clearpass
New circuit deployment
Day to day:
Maintain and manage network (Cisco) routers, switches, circuits, patch panels, IDFs / MFDs rooms and datacenters
Understand and troubleshoot issues for Palo Alto firewalls, Clearpass, Aruba Wireless, ManageEngine OPManager, and F5 Storage LTM and APM
Understand business concerns and technology needs and identify unique opportunities and develop independent solutions for client and company needs
Lead and support Starz identified projects including, but not limited to, new technology rollouts and software/hardware upgrades to current systems.
Manage deliverables associated with a project by prioritizing, tracking, and completing assigned tasks.Create and maintain documentation for all standard Technical Support policies, procedures, and practices
