    Front Desk Customer Service Lead

    Auburn, MA

    Hours:

    • Full time
    • Current Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:45 am – 5:15 pm
    • Upcoming Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shift between 6:45am – 7:15pm, with rotating Saturdays 8:45am – 1:15pm

    Job Requirements:

    • Greet walk-in customers.
    • Update accounts, process payments, & setup new consumer and commercial accounts.
    • Assist with documentation, account updates via database, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
    • Assist with training and escalation for other standard front desk reps.

    Pay Rate:

    • $18/hr
