- Server Experience along with some networking experience
- Knowledge of deploying new hardware (server storage, networking, etc.)
- System Admin experience
- Assisting the customer with the transitional responsibilities related to the post-implementation management, migration support, and knowledge transfer to support the solution environment.
- Sharing ownership of transitional responsibility for the solution migration, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, provisioning, and service level alignments.
- Assisting with the solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with other key stakeholders.
- Providing knowledge transfer of best practices to address the Customer's skills and resource gaps, to ensure successful implementation of the Customer's new technologies
