    Job Overview

    Seeking a

    Radiation Therapist

    for a 13-week travel assignment in Radiation Oncology. The therapist will perform radiation treatments and simulations while ensuring safe and accurate delivery of therapy for oncology patients.
    Responsibilities include patient positioning, treatment planning support, imaging verification, and administering radiation therapy according to physician directives.

    Shift:
    Days – 5x8


    Hours:
    8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    Block Scheduling:
    Manager discretion

    Guaranteed

    Hours:
    Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
    Requirements

    Minimum 1 year Radiation Therapist experience
    ARRT (T) Certification required
    BLS Certification required
    California License required at submission
    Epic charting experience required
    First-time travelers accepted
    Skills & Experience

    Experience with radiation oncology procedures including:
    External Beam Radiation Therapy
    IMRT (Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy)
    Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)

    SBRT
    Respiratory Gating
    Simulation of treatment sites
    CBCT / kV / mV imaging
    Equipment experience includes

    Elekta Infinity, Elekta Synergy , and related treatment planning systems. Training on Elekta may be provided if needed.
