- Clean and maintain micro-market area including wiping down coolers and dusting snack racks
- Stock product in the micro-market and pull any expired or damaged products; forward face and tidy products throughout the day
- Perform weekly inventory of micro-market products
- Assist customers with signing up for Market Cards, using kiosks, and any other assistance that is needed
- Clean and organize coffee/water stations throughout the building and perform daily and weekly maintenance; stock and order products as needed
- Perform minor fixes on micro-market and water/coffee machines or call the service technician for more complicated repairs
- Check in daily with building contact to determine if the client has additional needs and how we can assist
- Assist with scheduled catered lunch service (at least once a week) for all building employees and other smaller catering needs including unloading the truck, prep, set up, and serving
- Be familiar with the menu and answer customer questions concerning food being served
- Clean up venue after lunch ends and assist with inventory, food storage, and other closeout tasks
- Communicate with Event Captain and other Servers and event organizers
- 1-2 years customer service experience in a food service environment, including knowledge of safe food handling procedures
- Inventory and/or merchandising experience
- Physical stamina to work long hours on feet
- Able to routinely lift 25lbs (and occasionally up to 50lbs)
- Experience troubleshooting minor mechanical issues on small appliances a plus
- Previous experience working as a site attendant, breakfast attendant, or similar position a plus
- $20/hr
