Lead Dual-Unit General Manager (Emerald Isle, NC)
Seasonal Leadership Contract | Path to Permanent Career
Are you a high-volume GM feeling stuck in the corporate grind? Do you love the energy of live music, outdoor dining, and Southern hospitality? We are seeking a "Boots-on-the-Ground" Dual-Unit General Manager to lead two of Emerald Isle's favorite casual dining spots through our busiest season.
The Opportunity:
This role begins as a
fixed-term leadership contract
to power us through the upcoming high season. We want to ensure our culture and your leadership style are a perfect match before committing to a long-term partnership. For the leader who thrives under pressure and hits their targets, this contract is designed to transition into a
permanent GM position.
Who You Are:
- The "Lead from the Front" Type:
You don't hide in an office; you lead from the pass and the host stand.
- The System-Enforcer:
You love organized coolers, labeled prep, and tight schedules.
- High-Volume Veteran:
You have 3+ years of GM experience in high-volume casual dining ($2M+ annual revenue).
- The "Labor Hawk":
You know how to cut a floor the minute the rush slows down and keep a hawk-eye on the P&L.
The Role:
This isn't a "Director" role—it's a Lead GM role. You will oversee two locations (within 1 mile of each other), managing staff, writing schedules (3 weeks out, zero OT), and ensuring our Southern hospitality standards are met every single shift. You will report to our Multi-Unit Operator and work together to ensure the restaurants' success.
The Rewards (Contract Phase):
- Base Salary:
$56,500 - $65,000 (Graduated scale based on performance/onboarding).
- Performance Bonus:
Up to $5,000/year (pro-rated during contract) based on hitting specific KPIs.
