Southeastern Behavioral Health is looking for a part-time Maintenance/Custodial Team Member. This position works to maintain a clean working environment for staff and clients. Knowledge or willingess to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential, and detailed cleaning/custodial work is essential. General knowledge of vehicle maintenance is preferred.

Job Functions: Will include a wide range of hands-on activities related to the safe and efficient operation of our buildings. Our maintenance department works to maintain a clean environment for our staff and clients.

1. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc).

2. Ensure that facilities and grounds are clean and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, agency standards, and fiscal considerations.

3. Conduct quarterly inspections of the facility with maintenance supervisor.

4. Coordinate with maintenance supervisor a plan for preventative maintenance for buildings, grounds.

A.Maintain agency vehicles to include but not limited to cleaning, fueling and regularly scheduled servicing.

5. Notify maintenance supervisor of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs.

6. Make adjustments and minor repairs with supervisor's approval.

7. Stock and maintain supply room.

8. Seasonally remove snow from sidewalks, using snow blowers, and shovels and spread snow melt.

Hours of the job are tentatively M-F 6am-10am
