    job summary:
    Seeking an experience supervisor or team lead to manage the people, planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment for a food and bevarage company Candidates will manage teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

  • Must have experience with Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S).

  • M-F schedule, but candidates must have schedule flexiblity.

  • Weekend coverage will be required 2x per month.

    responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with line leaders to achieve targets in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Morale (SQCDSM) for production lines, ensuring process stability.

  • Participate in and take ownership of Daily Management Systems (DMS) meetings at both shift and line levels.

  • Take ownership of technology, process, and centerline settings for equipment.

  • Manage Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems and processes.

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the line/s and oversee Abnormality Handling Systems.

  • Manage the Repairs & Maintenance (R&M) budget for the line.

  • Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans for the line/s.

  • Empower the team to execute maintenance tasks autonomously, dedicating significant time to enhancing technical and maintenance skills.

  • Lead and own PM systems and processes at both line and department levels, focusing on the PM Pillar.

  • Collaborate with the Asset and Reliability team to improve systems and execute special maintenance tasks.

  • Drive Change Management initiatives on the line/s.

    Experience/Education:

  • High School Degree required, prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacuturing Management or similar.

  • Must have experience with Manufacturing Tracker Systems

  • Integrated Lean Six Sigma 6 experience is required.

  • SAP and TPM experience preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift leader / supervisor / team lead

  • This position will need to supervise the labor management of the shift align with the union contract, example: schedule shifts, leaves on absence, resignations, call offs, trainings, others.

  • Experience maintaining the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM solving tools. The essential functions of this role include:
