Information Technology Research and Development Platforms Director (New Health Care Company) The Impact You\'ll Make in this Role As Information Technology Research and Development Platforms Director Job Title (New Health Care Company), you will be a senior-level liaison and project manager who interacts with Solventum R&D Technical Director-level clients to ensure continued information technology alignment and focus.
You will lead a team that is responsible for the R&D IT application portfolio, as well as Power Platform, Mobile deployment, Product Stewardship, and DevOps.
* Leadership of the R&D IT organization, including strategic platforms, lab liaison, budget planning * Leadership on strategic programs, execution, budgeting, and report-out to senior leaders within IT and R&D * Managing vendor relationships and contract renewals along with associated budget and evaluating, selecting and supporting software solutions that best meet the business needs * Coordinating the IT activities needed to deploy and support software in collaboration with other IT and R&D leaders * Collaborating across functions including Infrastructure, Security, End User Services and R&D functions * Establish and provide governance of the Microsoft Power Platform, including default (Citizen developed) and dedicated environments along with connectors and data sources * Leadership of the Product Stewardship, Environment Health & Safety, and Occupational Medicine disciplines * Establishment and leadership of the Corporate DevOps strategy related to technology and tools in use now and in the future and responsible for Mobile deployment strategy to both the Apple App and Google Play Stores For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.

The expected compensation range for this position is \$215,577 - \$263,483, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum the following qualifications: * Bachelor\'s in computer science, Management Information Systems, or Engineering AND a minimum of ten (10) years of information technology experience in a private, public or governmental environment OR * High School Diploma/GED from AND a minimum of fourteen (14) years of information technology experience in a private, public or governmental environment AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * Seven (7) years managing an information technology team * Seven (7) years experience leading strategic IT projects from vendor selection to deployment and support.
