    Requirements:

    • Preferably a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proof of current 2-Step TB testing (or willingness to obtain)
    • First Aid and CPR Certification
    • Physical capability to carry out job functions
    • Possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and adequate automobile insurance when needed
    • Successful completion of SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules

    As a Caregiver at SYNERGY HomeCare, your responsibilities include:

    • Attending to clients' non-medical requirements
    • Supporting clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, and social interaction
    • Building strong communication and professional rapport with clients, family members, and colleagues
    • Delivering consistent and punctual care coverage
