    Description

    MUST HAVES:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field
    • 8+ years of IT experience in large or mid-size multinational company
    • 3+ years architecture/technical/functional/configuration experience
    • Ability to collaborate with business leads, understand business strategy/processes, look for innovative solutions to drive business enhancements both for internal business users and external customers.
    • Experience Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the most suitable resources and services.
    • Experience leading business relationships and integration.
    • Experience working with HR or accounting.

    NICE TO HAVES:

    • Knowledge of how to perform a gap analysis.
    • Experience with an accounting system.
    • Understanding how to support ACH and EFT accounting functions.
    • Familiarity in the financial world around EFT, accounting systems, banking file transfer

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with the brands to understand their unique challenges and goals as it relates to a specific business capability and provide technology advisory services, resolve business systems problems, and identify potential improvements.
    • Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops. Effectively uses interviewing skills to elicit, identify, and document business requirements.
    • Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology capability roadmap that aligns with the brands' objectives.
    • Lead the evaluation and recommendation of advanced technologies, tools, and methodologies to address brands' specific challenges for a business process or system.
    • Manage relationships with technology vendors, partners, and external service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the most suitable resources and services.
    • Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.
    • Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional team, brands, and vendors to drive implementations.
