    Description
    *Superior Skilled Trades is seeking someone with strong experience in Prep Punch Quality Control. Jobsite is located in the Morena Valley, Ca area.
    *PAY: $30/hour
    *HOURS: 40 hours/ week
    *SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday; 7:00am – 3:30pm
    *START DATE: 6/3/24
    *DURATION: 6+ months

    *Qualifications:
    • Well-rounded experience in Finish Carpentry (Drywall/Trim/Framing) and Painting
    • Must be able to inspect, identify and resolve matters fast and with a keen eye.
    • Follow the trades to close out a building.
    • Tag Units with items needing repair.
    • Excellent communication/writing skills
    • High Attention to detail is a must
    • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
    • Retired Superintendent experience preferred.
    *Additional Requirements: * *Must be* eligible to work in the United States
    * *Must have* reliable transportation to & from the job site
    * *Must have *PPE Gear *(Hard Hat, Reflective Vest, Steel Toe Boots, Work Gloves, Eye Protection)
