    Description
    The Senior Manager Finance position is a high-level role that entails comprehensive management of the accounts and finance team.
    We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.

    The Senior Manager is expected to make critical decisions regarding the financial well-being of the organization and provide strategic direction to drive the company to new heights.

    The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of financial planning and strategy, profitability management, strategic planning, vision setting, quality management, process improvement, forecasting, corporate finance, budget development, financial skills, and adeptness in dealing with complex financial matters.


    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company.
    Oversee all accounting operations based on accounting principles.
    Prepare financial budgets and closely monitor the organizations income and expenses, conducting monthly Variance Analysis.
    Ensure timely compliance with all statutory returns such as GST, PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable laws.
    Analyze financial accounts and provide guidance to the company on financial matters.
    Proficiently read and interpret financial statements.
    Manage cash flow effectively.
    Handle company accounts using Tally software.
    Possess adequate knowledge of Income Tax regulations.
    Prepare various types of management information system (MIS) reports.

    Review each component of the profit and loss statement (P&L), ensuring a comprehensive maker and checker process, and follow up on pending balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management including depreciation, and inventory items.

    Oversee Company Secretary requirements.
    Manage expenses and salary calculations.
    Prepare run-rate sheets.
    Lead the finalization of accounts.
    Requirements Chartered Accountant with excellent academic records and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    Demonstrated leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
    Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical skills.
    Proficiency in advanced Excel and Tally software.
    A collaborative team player.
    Excellent negotiation skills with vendors.
    Ability to assess the trade-off between time and money in decision-making.
    Familiarity with the mercantile system of accounting.


    Qualifications:
    Chartered AccountantExperience in the EdTech Industry or any Big reputed firm.
