- Lead and manage multi-tier cloud implementation projects, with a specific emphasis on contact center solutions like Genesys.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business teams to gather project requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines and milestones.
- Work closely with external vendors to coordinate project activities, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, facilitating communication and resolving any project-related issues or challenges.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project delivery or quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, contact center solutions, and project management methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on multi-tier cloud implementation and contact center solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- PMP Certification, Agile Certification, or Scrum Master Certification would be advantageous.
- Experience in e-commerce (eComm) is considered a plus, but not a strict requirement.
