    POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

    Position Title: Recruiter - Full Time, Exempt - Hybrid assignment

    Coastal Horizons Center, Inc. has an opportunity for a Recruiter, who will be responsible to support the organization's employment needs by actively recruiting qualified professionals, conducting initial screening, identifying job compatibility and candidate skills, coordination of interviews, participating in interviews, and assisting Managers/supervisors with making hiring decisions.

    The Recruiter will also:
    • Responsible for efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
    • Develops, facilitates, and coordinates all phases of the recruitment process.
    • Manages and coordinates the applicant tracking software/Ehire onboarding tool to efficiently recruit and hire new staff.
    • Manage and monitor the job posting and advertisement processes through use of the organization's applicant tracking system software tool.
    • Conducts initial screens of candidates resumes/applications and identifies qualified candidates for further consideration.
    • Responsible for the development and relationship builds with area universities, colleges, professional associations, licensing boards, and health and wellness educational programs to attract appropriate applicants.
    • Collaborates with department managers/supervisors to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring selection criteria.
    • Coordinates and schedules applicant interviews; partners with managers/supervisors in preparation of interview questions and any other hiring and selection materials.
    • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers/supervisors and other department members.
    Qualification/ Skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, preferably in HR concentration, or related field.
    • Minimum of one to three years related recruitment/HR generalist position experience required, with demonstrated skills and proficiencies in basic principles of recruitment in a healthcare organization. Should have a general knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
    Salary: Compensation is $50,000 USD to $55,000, USD, based on experience and qualifications. The role will be a hybrid role, requiring both remote and office-based assignments.
