- Responsible for efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Develops, facilitates, and coordinates all phases of the recruitment process.
- Manages and coordinates the applicant tracking software/Ehire onboarding tool to efficiently recruit and hire new staff.
- Manage and monitor the job posting and advertisement processes through use of the organization's applicant tracking system software tool.
- Conducts initial screens of candidates resumes/applications and identifies qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Responsible for the development and relationship builds with area universities, colleges, professional associations, licensing boards, and health and wellness educational programs to attract appropriate applicants.
- Collaborates with department managers/supervisors to identify and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring selection criteria.
- Coordinates and schedules applicant interviews; partners with managers/supervisors in preparation of interview questions and any other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers/supervisors and other department members.
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, preferably in HR concentration, or related field.
- Minimum of one to three years related recruitment/HR generalist position experience required, with demonstrated skills and proficiencies in basic principles of recruitment in a healthcare organization. Should have a general knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
