Job Summary:

Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of the bar by performing the following duties:

• Takes orders from customers or servers and suggests beverages/food
• Mixes ingredients to prepare cocktails and drinks
• Ensures responsible alcohol service
• Maintains compliance with state laws
• Provides excellent customer service
• Collects payments and gives change
• Orders supplies
• Maintains cleanliness

KHC Policies:

Responsible for following all Kinseth Hotel Corporation policies and procedures to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to three months of related experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic math and reasoning skills
• Alcohol awareness certification

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and have good vision and hearing abilities.

Work Environment:

Work involves exposure to various elements, including mechanical parts and chemical hazards. Safety is a top priority.
