    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the talent acquisition team in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across all levels and functions within the organization.
    • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.
    • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Manage the recruitment budget and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve recruitment goals.
    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to members of the talent acquisition team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of [X] years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts for a large organization, including executive-level positions.

    • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
