    Role Overview

    Utilize the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to deliver patient care. Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients, coordinating their care with other departments while upholding confidentiality and respecting patients' rights.

    Skill Requirements

    • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
    • ACLS certification (American Heart Association)

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-year acute care RN experience within the past year, including Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).



    In this dynamic role, you'll gain broad clinical experience by floating through various hospital units such as Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry,
    MEDICAL TELEMETRY STEPDOWN CARDIAC MED-SURG STEPDOWNCARDIACHEMOTORY UNIT oncology emergency department behavioral health ICU. You can sharpen your assessment skills & communication work
    with different teams across Hospital.
