    EMR:
    Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner; prior experience helpful but not required)

    Required Qualifications

    Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license — eligible for Missouri

    Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience (cardiac monitoring experience required)

    BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

    ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

    Nicotine-free facility — candidates must be nicotine free

    Ability to attend required orientation sessions

    Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills

    New graduates not accepted for this position

    Core Responsibilities

    Provide direct patient care on the Telemetry unit, continuously monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to arrhythmias or changes in patient condition

    Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders with accurate documentation

    Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (physicians, cardiology, respiratory therapy, case management) to develop and implement patient care plans

    Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the EMR (Altera Sunrise)

    Float to other units as required to support patient care needs and staffing demands

    Participate in orientation, ongoing training, and unit-based quality improvement activities

    Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff
