Job description
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support school-age students in a rewarding contract position near Lineville, AL.
This opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience working directly with children in an educational setting, applying behavioral techniques to support their development and success.
ResponsibilitiesImplement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document data on student behaviors and progress
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support individualized goals
Assist in creating positive learning environments for students with behavioral needs
Maintain professional communication and adhere to ethical standards
Qualifications
Bachelors level degree required
Active RBT certification and valid license to practice in Alabama
Preferably experienced in working with school-age children
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a team and follow clinical supervision
