Job summary
The activities coordinator leads the planning and development of activity programming. Act as a resource for employees. Establish relationships with outside community partners to ensure a positive experience.Responsibilities
- Completes activity assessments and minimum data set (MDS) questions as needed.
- Strives to improve the quality of life for the residents by providing appropriate, meaningful activities and interventions on a one-on-one and/or group basis.
